ROLE: Injury Management of clients with Psychological injuries to assist them return to work | Assess their mental health injuries using a variety of Assessment tools including Vocational AX | Write a Rehab Plan incorporating evidence-based interventions | Implement the Return to work or Redeployment plan in line with various Treating Medical Practitioners | Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and sustainable outcomes | Assist with job-readiness and job-seeking activities | Clients are from the Private and Public Sector, ADF and DVA, Life Insurance and Corporate Services Clients
