ROLE:
- Prepare and issue invoices regularly.
- Process payroll, while ensuring compliance with relevant tax and employment
- legislation
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts,
- payments, and expenses.
- Track and collect payments from clients and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Reconcile bank statements to verify the accuracy of financial records.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Offer occasional IT support to internal teams.
- Develop Excel macros to automate monthly data reporting processes.
- Onboarding new employees.
- Oversee NDIS and Personal Injury accounts from various insurers.
LOCATION: Newcastle | Close to transport and shops
