ROLE: Assist your clients address physical, social, environmental & psychological factors that can affect functioning in different ways | Assess, Plan, Treat, Educate, Collaborate, Advocate, Document, Learn | Provide strengths-based, behaviour oriented, goal-directed services to improve clients’ health and wellbeing so they can live an optimal & valued life as part of their community | Subject Matter Expert OT’s provide 1:1 Mentoring and in-services | Services are delivered either in the Community or well-appointed Studio
SALARY: $85,000 – 95,000 Base + Super | Lucrative Bonus
