SYDNEY: �� Our client seeks that special someone – an Advanced Behaviour Support Therapist who is highly-skilled with the confidence to deliver complex behaviour support services, provide clinical mentorship and contribute to the development and sustainability of their BSP Services. ��
What will I do ?
- Provide high-quality BSP services to participants with complex needs
- Complete assessments, functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans
- Deliver ongoing monitoring, implementation support and review of plans
- Maintain high clinical standards and contribute to service improvement
Where is the role located?
- Based in Sydney and within 30 minutes travel of your location (no long-distance travel)
- Work from home with autonomy and flexibiity
- Provide community-based services within your local area

Qualifications: (What you need to have)
Advanced Practitioner Status under NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework | Demonstrated experience in complex behaviours and restrictive practice | Strong clinical reasoning | Valid Driver’s licence and ability to travel locally | Background in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline
