BRISBANE: Our client is a specialist allied health organisation providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability, including those on an NDIS plan. They provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.
ROLE:
- Guiding and coaching behaviour support practitioners and reviewing positive behaviour support plans.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development.
- Working closely with the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships.
- You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support.
- You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: To $115K+ Super + Exceptional Company Benefits such as – Additional Leave – EAP Program – Bonus Incentives and supportive team environment.
ABOUT YOU: NDIS Registration as a BSP at Advanced Level – Experience in a Team Leader role highly desirable.
