COMPANY: Focuses on improving the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of Clients | Via Well-being, Rehab, Assistive Technology, Advisory Services, Clinical, Community and Training Services 

ROLE:

  • Prepare and issue invoices regularly.
  • Process payroll, while ensuring compliance with relevant tax and employment
  • legislation
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts,
  • payments, and expenses.
  • Track and collect payments from clients and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Reconcile bank statements to verify the accuracy of financial records.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Offer occasional IT support to internal teams.
  • Develop Excel macros to automate monthly data reporting processes.
  • Onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee NDIS and Personal Injury accounts from various insurers.
