No! We offer ‘contingency searches’, so we’re only paid if a candidate is found and hired. (As opposed to ‘retained search’ where a recruiter gets paid before the candidate is placed. You can read more about this on our blog)

At Medijobs, we never promise timelines! It’s impossible to predict how long a job search will take.
We do the best we can, which is find our employers high calibre candidates, but we can’t promise miracles. (And if you meet a recruiter who DOES make promises on timelines, beware!)
Our dropout rate is ridiculously low, however, if a candidate you hire through us doesn’t last their first 3-month period, we’ll replace them for free.
You don’t have to, but the more info we have about the role, the more likely we are to find the perfect candidate for you.
No, but if you don’t, we’re going to search the internet and find them ourselves! Sharing what makes your company a great place to work will help us to advocate for your business with potential candidates so it’s definitely something you should try to do.
