COMPANY: Life-span NDIS Community & Disability Services Co | Team of 60 Behaviour Support Practitioners, OT’s, Physio’s, Psychologists & Speechies who recently had a Drag Queen Bingo night as part of fortnightly their team building catch-up. Never a dull moment here.
ROLE: Work with clients face to face at their home, work or school @ Co’s beautiful custom-designed Studio or via Telehealth | Ensure all clients access high quality, reliable individualised OT interventions | Assess, Plan, Implement, Educate, Empower, Monitor, Refer, Advocate | Key OT services include Functional & ADL Ax, Equipment prescription and AT Ax, Home Modification Ax, Sensory Assessment & Therapy support & Wheelchair Ax | Clients are on their individual pathways to independence, inclusion and wellbeing
YOU CAN SAY NO: This client encourages you to say NO ( sorry for shouting) if you prefer not to work with a particular client or life-span group. We’ve never come across this before. Just saying…..Way to go encouraging open, two way dialogue and allowing you to add to your skills suitcase while working in your comfort zone. Did someone say well-being?

SALARY: $100,000 Base + Super
