CO: Established Paeds Private Practice in the heart of Noosa
ROLE: Clinical Leadership to this amazing Paeds OT team as they deliver a range of In-clinic OT services both Face to face & via telehealth | Implement measures to improve service delivery | Develop new resources for your Team in collaboration with your team and the C-suite to achieve Company goals in service delivery, staff management and client relations | Be a positive, iterative change-maker
WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES:
- Evaluate clients’ playing, school & ADL skills compared with what is developmentally appropriate for their age | Address psychological, social and environmental factors that affect functioning in different ways
- Wears those funky shorts and socks and plays with shaving cream in a ball-pit with their clients if that’s what suits their clients | ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU CAN HANDLE RAUCOUS LAUGHTER ON A DAILY BASIS – Sorry for shouting, but please, we mean it
- Typical Presentations: Gross & Fine Motor skills | Handwriting | Self-care | Toileting | Sensory processing | Fussy eating | Social & emotional regulation skills
