The Role:
- Support and mentor a team of Rehab Counsellors including new to the industry team members
- Work collaboratively with your team, clients and injured workers
- Quality management across each of your accounts, to ensure services are audited against customer service level agreements and return to work performance
- Ensuring relevant internal resources, processes and procedures are developed and updated, ensuring service delivery is in line with customer service level agreement
- Be part of a very happy and down to earth team of professionals
- 1 - 2 Years industry experience
- Ability to positively influence clients and peers
- Ability to build rapport with your clients and the Rehab Counselling Team
- QA Component and focus
- Friendly and down to earth attitude
- Member of either ASORC or RCAA
- Have Tertiary Qualifications as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
- $100K Base + Super
