REFERRALS: Dept of Veterans Affairs | Workers Compensation | Motor Vehicle Accidents | Life Insurance
ROLE: Deliver Psychological Injury Case Management services & Mental Well-being Programs | To clients with a Psychological injury | Assess, Engage, Consult, Manage | Outcome goals: Return to work - Same or New Employer OR Community re-engagement
LOCATION: Purpose built facility in NW Corridor | This employer also has a very well developed and utilised Telehealth system | Free-on-site parking
SALARY: $100,000 Base + Super | Lucrative Performance Bonus
PACKAGE: Smart-phone, laptop | EAP Support | Flexible work: The whole team, including the MD works from the Office 2 days a week and from home for 3 days | CPD contribution
ARRANGEMENT: Full-time or Part-time
APPLICANTS: Provisional or General Psychologists with AHPRA Accreditation | Rehab Counsellors with RCAA or ASORC Accreditation | Social Workers with AASW Membership | Graduates, Clinicians or Applicants who have industry experience welcome as Co's Award-winning Training program supports all 3 | Grad salary is $75,000 Base + Super
