CO: Bespoke DVA & Rehab Org specialising in Innovative, Evidence-based, Best-practice, Health service focused methods
ROLE: Case Management of injured Vets & Workers | Assess injuries using Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite AX | Write a Rehab Plan incorporating evidence-based interventions | Implement the Return to work plan with Treating Medical Practitioners | Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and sustainable return to work outcomes | Manual handling training programs | Driver Training ( if you are accredited for it)
SALARY: $90,000 Base + Super
