ROLE: Case management of Veterans & Employees with Physical injuries | Assess, Write Reports, Liaise, Refer, Monitor Progress, Mentor | Assist in Community reengagement or Return to work | Telehealth & Face to face service delivery | 20-25 cases per Consultant
TRAINING: Induction | Regular In-services | CPD $'s | 1:1 Mentoring
SALARY: $70,000 - $90,000 Base + Super | Amazing Bonus Program
