ROLE: This role reports into the Corporate Services Manager | Use your well-developed Clinical & Occ Rehab skills to | Provide Leadership in the innovative development of vocational services provided @ this Co | Implement, Monitor and Review Clinical governance frameworks | Induction, in-services, mentoring and Training of Staff | Develop Psychosocial programs and hazard mitigation strategies for clients | Monitor, QA and QC of your Team’s SLA achievables | Work with your Team on Complex Cases
YOUR TEAM: Provisional and General Psychologists & RC's with established Psychological Health Networks and Partners | Deliver 360 Psychological injury management & Corporate Psych services to Employers, injured Workers, Vets & First Responders
SALARY: $100,000 Base + Super
