ROLE: Deliver an engaging and best-practice suite of Paediatric OT Services with a focus on best-practice, evidence-based, early-intervention | 100% in-clinic role | Assess, Treat, Report, Monitor, Refer, Collaborate, Grow | Face to face and Telehealth Platforms available | Areas of Clinical focus include but not limited to: Fine & Gross Motor Skills, Sensory Processing, Self-Care, Muscle Tone & Behavior | Clients present from all ages within the Paeds life-cycle | Work closely with and be mentored by Management (all Allied Health professionals themselves) | Business development | The vision for this role will see you eventually transition into the Manager of this Division
TEAM: You will be creating a team around you as the business grows: Which it will, based on historical performance by this renowned organisation | As the Team grows, your role transitions to Management, Mentoring & Clinical governance and Advocacy for your team and your clients
LOCATION: Western Sydney | Massive, beautifully appointed offices | All services are delivered in Practice rooms
