The role:
- Perform RTW Case Management and one-off assessments
- Initial, Functional, ADL, Ergonomic and Worksite Assessments and reports
- Run Manual-handling training and wellness programs
- Up to $85K Base + Super + Incentives and Benefits
- Pool car access, laptop and mobile
- Career progression opportunities to Senior Consultant, Team Leader and more
- Professional Development and in-services
- You have access to an amazing pool of Technical Experts in Workers Comp, Life-insurance, CTP, tender writing, business development including Account Management and Comcare
- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist or ESSA Accredited EP
- Occ Rehab experience highly regarded but is not essential
- Great organisational skills, including time management
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
